I was a foreign student in Journalism (class of 82)and Kurtz was the least helpful professor. In fact he told me I do not belong to his class and advised me to just drop out. I finished with honors.He was the only bad experience I had during my stay at NU. In a way I thank him for his attitude, it made me try harder to achieve my goal.JRN103 2012-06-10 13:28:40 +0000 UTC
talks a lot, mostly useless but if he wants you to remember something he will repeat it... a lot. pop quizzes can surprise you, and he emails little stories he thinks will be "interesting"... read them, out of about one per week, there was one pop quiz on one of themJRN150 2008-11-17 10:38:22 +0000 UTC
