All group project based pretty much. Grading system on canvas is super odd, lots of assignments are hidden so its hard to see where you're doing poorly. She was nice in person, but super rude over email and definitely had interesting moments. I think she gives a lot assignments that are not worth it. I don't love the project. But she is super knowledgeable on the subject and has a lot of opinions. I now work for Professor Mitteness because of the relationship i have created with her through this course. Really reasonable and will be your #1 supporter. Go to office hours! Group projects can either benefit you or really destroy you. I on the other hand chose my group ahead of time while some waited to be grouped. You miss one class and she takes 2% off your average. Doesn't matter if you're on your deathbed. She loves telling us to turn and talk about something and then immediately yelling at the class to be quiet. Professor Mitteness is one of my favorite entrepreneurship professors. She is clear, knowledgeable and her lecture is very engaging. She's always looking to innovate. Incredibly unorganized group projects and assignments make you feel like you are in second grade, but asynchronous. Maybe she is better in person. Mitteness is passionate about what she teaches, but is an unfair grader and often marks down unreasonable points with little explanation and no rubric to follow. She has a strict, unempathetic late policy under the claims of the "real-world". Unfair grader and was very inconsistent. Graded things with little to no feedback. She grades your participation based off how much she likes you. She assigns all busy work and rambles on and on about her life that no one actually cares about. Worst teacher ever.
