Reads the slide deck for 3 hours. Spent 25 minutes of one class complaining that students don't pay attention. For someone with a PMP, claiming flexibility is key in project management, Cecile was a nightmare, and a stickler for students to do it "His Way". In this, he gives no prior examples of his work for students to track off of, so you only learn what you did wrong in the criticisms.
