Mark is literally the best person to ever exist. He cares so so much about all his students and could care less about the actual class. His advice, especially on choosing classes and specific professors has been godsend, and he is just such a genuine and hilarious person. Mark is by far one of the best faculty members Northeastern has. He goes above and beyond to connect with each and every one of his students, and makes the transition into Northeastern as smooth as possible. Apart from being one of the best teachers, Mark is one of the best people I have ever met. He is so caring and nice and cares about each and everyone of his students. He made the transition to Northeastern unbelievably easy and was so accessible whenever we needed him.
