When it comes to experiential learning in the College of Business Administration, Scott Weighart (literally) wrote the book on Northeastern co-op. As an adviser, he goes above and beyond to work individually with each of his students to make sure that they end up in a co-op position that suits them best.COOP101 2010-07-14 10:20:42 +0000 UTC
Takes his job wayyy too seriously. To his credit he gets back to you right away, unless he is writing his glorious co-op book. He does get his job done, but he is so annoying to deal with to say the least. Class once a week was painful, and having to meet with him about jobs sucked.CBAU103 2008-12-10 20:53:51 +0000 UTC
Scott does a wonderful job preparing his students for their first co-op. He covers everything from interviewing to on-the-job etiquette. He is passionate about what he does and remains interested in his student's careers even after the course is completed. Scott is an expert in the field and constantly writing the newest books on the subject.COOP101 2010-06-04 13:01:56 +0000 UTC
He is a decent professor, but teaches his 1 credit class like a 4 credit class. He aided me while trying to get a job so he was helpful in that sense. To be honest, do not get him. His attendance policy is ridiculous, and most teachers of this class cancel it once the majority of their students get jobs. He LOVES talking too so be ready to be boredCOOP101 2009-12-09 18:12:58 +0000 UTC
