Frank Spital is a good guy. He's knowledgeable and easy going. The class is fun with mostly group activities that are usually pretty good and not dumb. Nothing due in most classes- just 2 group presentations and 2 small papers. Gives no feedback about grades but its not a big deal. Take Mgmt Skills wtih Spital, its a good class.MGMT3303 2011-04-28 16:18:50 +0000 UTC
I was really disappointed by my grade considering that I was one of the few people who actually participated in the class. It was very UNCLEAR on how you were doing in the class. We didn't receive any type of grade until the end of the semester when they were posted. The class was brand new too which is why it lacked structure.MGTU303 2009-01-16 11:10:17 +0000 UTC
Uses packet of case studies rather than a text. Classes are very interactive, lots of discussion about the cases. He doesn't lecture that much (last 20 min of class) but when he does it's interesting.HRM200 2007-11-28 22:29:51 +0000 UTC
A really good professor, very interesting to listen and talk to. He does not give much feedback on papers or projects and it's difficult to know what grade you will be getting. Almost everyone in class did well.HRMG200 2006-12-20 14:11:17 +0000 UTC
