Lack of alignment between the rubric & final grades. Carefully followed assignment instructions and rubric requirements. Feedback often felt subjective. Reading felt only loosely connected to the learning objectives. The volume of material overwhelming and not always proportional to its educational value. Lots of mind games, not good energy.HRMG620 2026-06-24 18:20:47 +0000 UTC
Even when I carefully followed assignment instructions and met the stated requirements, my grades frequently seemed lower than expected.HRMG6200 2026-06-24 17:03:55 +0000 UTC

This class has been really helpful to me. I really enjoyed the readings, which are very relevant to our future work in accounting and management. She cares about students and really passionate about teaching. She organized her class very logically so once you finished it, a whole picture comes together. Highly recommendedHRMT6200 2013-07-23 00:03:40 +0000 UTC
One of the fairest teachers I've ever had. Lays everything out for you at the beginning of the semester and tells you exactly what needs to be done to do well. Definitely not the easiest class I've ever taken but not out of the question to get a fairly easy A. She is always available to help students out and is very engaging in class. While some students may appreciate the challenge and teaching style, the course was not a good fit for my learning preferences.HRMG620 2026-06-24 17:08:16 +0000 UTC
grades had to be "earned," but I did not always receive enough specific guidance to understand how to improve.HRMG6200 2026-06-24 17:01:26 +0000 UTC
Take this class! She is an incredibly nice, intelligent, and fair professor. Class is very enjoyable and she makes the subject interesting. Tests are a bit challenging, but if you study, you will be completely fine. She really wants students to learn and connects with every student. Do yourself a favor and take Baskerville - you will not regret it!ORGB3201 2010-05-04 00:25:27 +0000 UTC

I absolutely loved Professor Marla Baskerville. She was transparent about her grading system, and expectations. She also provided opportunities to make up for missed assignments, and offered extensions wherever necessary. I would definitely take her again.HRMG6200 2022-01-05 14:17:51 +0000 UTC
