I had Sadow as one of two professors for this class. He's a sweet man, but gets confused about what he's talking about and it takes him awhile to get a sentence out. He is a very lovable character and I commend him for teaching the ENTIRE book of Don Quixote. That said, lectures are usually pretty boring although there are some interesting discussions, but he mainly just summarizes the entire reading during class. Grades were based on tests & essays which were graded almost completely on grammar mistakes. We did not learn any grammar in this class. Class time was spent reading random stories and a little bit of vocab. I learned a lot more Spanish in high school. But he's totally a nice fair person.
