Awesome professor! He knows a lot and gives great lectures. You will have four big assignments; the grading policy is reasonable. I hate writing, and this class made me hate it even more. He will make you write a lot more than other professors and assignments are pointless. He is a very nice guy and will usually give extensions if needed, but he assigns a lot of useless work. He isn't a terribly hard grader, but he isn't easy either. Real nice guy and a solid tech writing professor. He's flexible, his grading system is extremely generous and he tends to grade the papers fairly easily. Gives tons of feedback and is always available for help via email. Lectures are often useless but that's not his fault. He is a pretty fair grader. His assignments are sometimes complicated and long winded, but he always takes the time to explain everything and answer questions.
