He really cares about his students and is passionate about the subjects. He breaks down difficult concepts, so they are easy to understand. Probably my favorite class I have taken so far. I took this class because I needed it for an NUPATH course elective, and I thought it was just a silly class, but NO. I learned a lot about managing stress, some cool yoga moves, and managed to REACH ENLIGHTENMENT (somewhat). Tako is great! He's caring, understanding, and super chill! His yoga tradition class is synchronous on Zoom and includes some out-of-class work. We learned about yoga's history, religion, and weekly practices. He gives SO much extra credit and is a very easy grader.
