Thank god I took a stat class in high school! Didn't explain concepts clearly, ran through a ton of examples very quickly which were only barely helpful. Overall, not a bad teacher. Some people laughed at the way he talks, but I understood him fine. He takes a little getting used to, but he uses lots of examples in his lectures and writes everything on the board. He grades pretty fairly as well. When you first walk in you will laugh when he starts talking and says "ok and so" ten times a second. Once you get used to his accent, the class is a lot more enjoyable. Homework and attendance are optional, but there are weekly quizzes. He will always help if asked and goes at a good pace with the material. He has a very thick accent for the first few classes, but after that you will very easily adjust. The class is basically one or two topics, followed by tons of examples. very hard to understand (oh ya sooooo). but overall he really wants his students to do well in the class, he tends to do many examples in class but his tests and quizzes are much easier than the examples.
