Best math professor I've ever had. Loved his class and how simple he made all the problems to be. I felt his tests were fair, though sometimes I wish he gave a bit more partial credit for stupid mistakes, but overall I really appreciated being in his class and felt like I learnt a lot. Prasanth George is probably the best professor in the whole department. He makes the material more accessible and interesting than others do, and makes great effort to help those who are falling behind. BEST MATH TEACHER. He made an 8am my favorite class. Very clear teaching, quizzes were exactly like expected, similar to the worksheets in class, and he didn't take off points for arithmetic errors. Wonderful teacher! His lectures are very clear and the quizzes are directly based off of the videos and homework. If you do the work, you will do well in his class. He goes a little fast in class and can be quiet, but he's reasonable, nice, & relatively easy to follow if you review your notes after class. I like that he did a recap of the last class at the start of each class. He is a fast grader and not intimidating once you get to know him and go to his office hours. Prasanth is the MAN! He's hilarious and snarky, and more importantly a fantastic calc teacher. He makes it very clear what you need to do and does lots of examples, as well as takes class input; quizzes are easy if you put in the work. Easily the best math instructor I've had. Clearly cares about students and their grades. Teaches clearly and with just the right amount of depth. He is the best professor I've had so far. His teaching style is clear and easy to follow, and I never left a class confused. He's always accessible outside of class and genuinely cares about his students.
