I never thought I was a good writer but this course made me realize how much I enjoy writing. The photo essay was probably the best unit. A nice break from the rest of my coursework.ENGW1111 2018-04-28 22:58:42 +0000 UTC
I shouldnt have to take this course, I was in an IB program in high school, but all things considered it was a good class. Excpect lots of writing and peer review, and you need to participate in class convo.ENGL1111 2018-04-26 19:51:21 +0000 UTC
Mina's class is very easy and she gives you a lot of time to write each essay. She cancelled like half of the classes during my semester, and honestly the class is a bit of a waste of time considering no work gets done, but you still should come. Going into the last weeks I still had no clue what my grade was so be prepared for the unknown.ENGW1111 2018-03-26 14:18:33 +0000 UTC
Hands down my favorite honors class! I've learned a lot about writing, myself and the world in this course. The texts are difficult but the films and art make up for it. The MFA visit was one of the best parts. Mina really knows her stuff which can be intimidating, but she's always respectful and pushes you to try harder.ENGW1111 2017-10-26 21:05:07 +0000 UTC
