This guy's really giving me a hard time right nowMATH1341 2026-02-05 09:44:44 +0000 UTC
Gets straight to the point, teaches you what you need for the quizzes, cracks a few jokes. Weekly quizzes, optional homeworksMATH2341 2026-01-24 00:52:31 +0000 UTC
I thought he was pretty funny, and also a very caring professor. Can be slow at responding but he does get back to you eventually and is super flexible. If you're sick, he'll let you take the quizzes during OH and is super helpful as well. Overall, his teaching/lectures aren't great but he's a nice professor in general. Personally, I recommend him.PHYS1157 2025-12-18 20:04:56 +0000 UTC
Overall, a chill and nice guy. If you've taken any level of calc before, the class is a breeze. The average on all tests/quizzes is about 85%. He posts lecture notes, which are clear and straightforward, and the assessment problems are basically the SAME as the practice ones. Makes jokes and is approachable outside of class.Take him for bus/econ!!1231 2025-12-14 05:45:49 +0000 UTC
Where do I start?I love this professor so much. He is always ready to help if you actually try in this class and are respectful. He is very good at explaining concepts in a very clear and easy to conceptualize way, also he makes lectures fun.Quizzes+exams were extremely fair. I would totally take him again if I had to take another class he teaches.PHYS1147 2025-12-11 01:26:03 +0000 UTC
Class is terrible. The flipped learning setup doesn't work at all. You teach yourself everything. The professors barely explains anything in class and expects you to already know the material. It's completely unhelpful, confusing, and honestly a waste of time. If you actually want to learn, this is not the class or professor for youPHYS1145 2025-11-19 16:24:27 +0000 UTC
I am fully convinced that the reviews that all give him 5s are himself writing those reviewsMATH1310 2025-11-16 05:01:57 +0000 UTC
I really hated going to his lectures! He made the experience awful. Always 10-15 minutes late and his class really tests my patience. Quizzes EVERY WEEK and never responds to emails and never respects my accommodations! Basically he was too lazy to accommodate me and decides to intimidate me… i hate him with every fiber of my beingMATH1342 2025-11-13 18:01:47 +0000 UTC
He is just a mean teacher and not care about student at all, strong ego but not good at teaching.MATH1241 2025-11-11 06:11:44 +0000 UTC
He was unavailable for his schedule office hours most of the time. When I tried to schedule other meeting times, he was dodgy because of other obligations. Also, his lecture style is very sporadic as he makes numerous mistakes and his lecture writing is messy and hard to follow with the many boxes he uses.MATH1242 2025-11-11 04:53:02 +0000 UTC
Had to self study a lot of the content because in his lectures hes just yapping and doesnt explain what he's even yapping about. He's always passive aggressive but plays it off as a joke. Very bad experience in his class.PHYS1148 2025-11-09 19:07:00 +0000 UTC
Horrible professor!PHYS1151 2025-11-07 05:56:55 +0000 UTC
Although I love him as a person, he is not very good at teachingMATH1320 2025-11-07 05:53:17 +0000 UTC
He seemed like a genuinely nice guy but very forgetful. I did not have him for the physics class but for physics ILS. While I got along with him well, his explanations at the beginning were a bit confusing, and he kept forgetting to grade the quizzes of students who went to the DRC for test taking. I received my quizzes back RIGHT before exams.phys1153 2024-12-06 21:22:49 +0000 UTC
The grading was really clear and when we had a problem or uncertainty about the grading, the professor well explained and fixed the grade. He gives the quiz and the test based on the class material so it is best to not skip the classes.PHYS1149 2018-11-28 14:20:09 +0000 UTC
