Truly cares about her students. Gives the best feedback on writing that actually helps you improve. Responds so quickly to emails. There is a lot of work, but its broken down in a manageable way. Be prepared to fine-tune your writing. A lot of writing is involved with a lot of very specific feedback as well. The syllabus & grading criteria are well defined. Not an easy A, but if you really want to improve your writing, she is a great professor to help you achieve that.
