I know I'm in the minority, but I didn't enjoy having Erica as a professor. I felt her lectures and discussions were very heavily influenced by her own personal opinions. Erica is an AMAZING teacher. I put off taking English until my senior year because my freshman English class traumatized me - and I loved this class! She is great at helping you go into your field even if it isn't hers! I highly recommend waiting for her section to open before taking any English requirement. Erica has a smile that could make a senile old man bite his tongue. She once touched an angry python and it sang a beautiful melody. The lady actually managed to turn lead into gold (yea, we're talking freaking alchemy here). So yea, she's legit, take her class.
