As with the other comments, Prof. Lohr doesn't know much about technology. But he prints out reading material and sends it to everyone. He is a witty and humorous teacher. “He doesn't answer questions directly.” Yes, there are some questions he can't answer directly. He has a lot of experience and likes to tell his stories. He tends to talk in circles or not in a linear fashion which makes following him kind of difficult.
