As a non-business student, this class is attractive to me. The instructor makes the content easy to follow. I like how he organized the whole course content in a framework and motived each concept. He is always willing to answer questions promptly and makes sure students understand the material. BEST MISM professor. He is kind, approachable, and truly cares about student learning. Attendance is required, but he is very understanding if you have valid reasons.Participation is easy through discussions. To be honest, he's a dedicated and very helpful professor. I think he does his best with the courses he teaches; while the grading criteria can be a bit complicated, overall he doesn't make things difficult for students. Worst Professor I've ever taken. Case studies are graded harshly, with unclear directions. Test questions have little to do with relevant content and are impossible to study for even if read the textbook. Thick Accent & Participation Matter. EC only helps participation.
