Jack is a super sweet professor. He truly cares about his students and wants people to be interested in the subject. The entire semester is group project heavy, so there are a lot presentations (super easy though) and collaborative work. Only thing is that there are long readings assigned every week, so genuinely GET READY TO READ.ENTR2301 2025-11-30 23:10:51 +0000 UTC
Professor Salerno is nice and cares about learning, but the course is stressful with heavy readings, strong participation requirements, and a semester-long group project. Grading can feel inconsistent. Decent professor, but workload and expectations are higher than with other highly rated instructors.ENTR2301 2025-08-12 14:02:18 +0000 UTC
Great Professor! Professor Salerno is very kind and approachable. There's a group project but there's milestones throughout which make it easy to stay on track. This course is a bit reading heavy however, Professor makes the most out of it by including engaging readings to further your understanding. My best advice is to read and participate!!!!ENTR2301 2025-06-28 21:18:03 +0000 UTC
Very easy course and the material is pretty interesting. As long as you show up, have a general understanding of the readings, and participate it will be a very easy semester for you. The group project is pretty easy to and Salerno gives solid feedback to for guidance. He is passionate and a very caring person, definitely recommend taking him.ENTR2301 2025-05-21 18:10:25 +0000 UTC
Professor Salerno is such a sweet guy and really understanding. He's also a very fair grader and you'll usually know what to work on as his feedback is really clear. Class itself has interesting concepts but his lectures can get a bit dry at times. Definitely take him if you're interested in innovation.ENTR2301 2025-05-11 18:39:32 +0000 UTC
Learned the most in this class. He is very knowledgeable about topics specifically within tech and he has a lot of cool background information that he throws into the lectures. Was a little scared about the fact that his syllabus says 10% of the class gets an A, but honestly most people who listen in lectures and do the readings will do well.ENTR2301 2025-04-28 20:02:07 +0000 UTC
class is super manageable but not a lot of assignments outside of one group project which is worth ~1/3 of final grade. Easy to get by in class without doing the readings but recomend do them anyway or you'll regret it when studying for final. work outside of group project all worth the same amt of points - discussion post or 3-4 pg paper.ENTR2301 2025-04-18 05:22:36 +0000 UTC
Why does this professor assign over 40+ pages of reading every class and not realize nobody has time for it. I honestly just feel bad when nobody can answer any questions. He is a nice guy and not too tough of a grader. He is understanding with absences as long as you communicate.ENTR2301 2025-03-28 17:51:53 +0000 UTC
class content is very small and interesting to learn. He gives out a lot of reading, over 5-50 pages per class. Super easy to get high grades and his contents is very up to date despite his old age. Take it and you won't regretENTR2301 2022-11-21 17:49:52 +0000 UTC
