An extremely easy class as long as you can learn from the online homework. His quizzes and midterm are straight forward. The way he explains things can be hard to understand and he can't always answer questions. But if you do the online stuff it's fine. He is a frustrating teacher simply because of his aging memory and mediocre communication skills, but he knows what hes doing. He wont do anything for you- if you want to learn you have to ask questions. That said, if you take advantage of his system it should be a breeze. EASY 'A' if you do the quiz review sheets. He has a sarcastic sense of humor, as long as you do not take anything personal you'll enjoy the class. Although he can be harsh at times, hes an overall pretty good teacher. This guy is awful. You basically gotta do everything the way he wants it to be done.He gets annoyed and frustrated when you ask a simple question even cussing sometimes. When I read the previous ratings I was frightened of this teacher. Frampton was a decent teacher. He teaches you what you need to know to do well on quizzes. The reviews are, for the most part, like the actual exams and quizzes. He can be rude at times but if you don't take anything he says personal you will be fine. i tool calc 1 with him. he's a terrible teacher and teaches with no real order to his lectures. if you do ask a question, he will make you feel like an idiot, and then proceed to ramble and not really answer your question at all. his quizzes are asked completely differently from how he teaches his class, but they aren't too bad. the midterm and finMTH141 2006-08-31 15:25:26 +0000 UTC

Frampton was the man, you're an idiot if you can't do well in his class. He is just about the nicest professor I know, and has a great sense of humor. One time we ordered a pizza to the class window. Frampton can teach, but you usually have no idea what he's talking about because he never gives guidelines. Although he doesn't grade very hard, if you ask a question... he'll make you feel like a dick infront of the whole classroom.
