Lots of writing with homework due every Friday. Minimal guidance was given in the Canvas modulesENGW3307 2026-01-19 19:23:21 +0000 UTC
Dr. Mellette is a king and a half. He is insanely accommodating and gives amazing feedback when grading papers. He very clearly cares about the content and he consistently facilitates engaging discussions on relevant readings. My only qualm is that he's a little awkward lol. Would recommend!!!!!!!ENGW1111 2021-12-01 04:20:40 +0000 UTC
By far the best teacher I have taken at Northeastern and could not recommend enough. Came into the class nervous about writing, but made the classes fun and engaging while also giving clear criteria on how to succeed in his class. Take if you have the chance you will not regret.ENGW3307 2025-12-04 01:25:24 +0000 UTC
I have never done one of these, but feel the need to do one now. Professor Mellette is the nicest guy and wants to see you succeed. Classes are super engaging and fun. I am not a fan of writing, but Professor Mellette made me enjoy every second of it. Plus, the man is hilarious. Please take!ENGW3307 2025-04-15 02:20:23 +0000 UTC

An absolute gem of a prof. Keeps the class feeling lighthearted and chill but teaches you plenty. I went into this class feeling like I didn't have much to learn in the subject but he very much proved me wrong and helped me grow even more.ENGW3307 2022-12-09 23:42:27 +0000 UTC
