The midterms would be hard if we were not given the prep material. As long as you study that you will do fine in the course. Her online notes are very good as well.MATH4570 2025-12-09 15:37:25 +0000 UTC
Prof Lee is very caring and accesible. She uploads notes after every lecture and creates practice exercises for each lesson and a practice exam prior to each exam. She makes it hard to fail or fall behind since she is very helpful in office hours and provides more than enough material to gurantee that you succeed. Hope to take her again.MATH2321 2025-08-16 17:24:11 +0000 UTC
A wondrous professor in every aspect, care for her student so much. Love her.MATH1365 2025-04-26 14:53:03 +0000 UTC
Prof Lee is amazing! Truly cared for every student in the class and made sure everyone understood the material. Grading was very generous and the lowest hw grade was replaced by quiz average (the quizzes were basically just attendance forms where she would give you the answer at the end of class). No final exam (summer 2) which was amazing!MATH3081 2024-11-05 16:26:13 +0000 UTC
Professor Lee is one of the sweetest math professors ever. She really cares about her students and loves math! She can sometimes get a bit lost while lecturing, which can make things hard to follow, but she more than makes up for it with detailed notes. Homework's can take a really long time. Hard course, but great prof and you will learn a ton!MATH4581 2024-03-20 12:13:48 +0000 UTC

Lee Peng-Lee is one of the best professors I've ever had. I took her for 3 out of the 4 math courses I took at Northeastern (Diff Eg for engineers, Calc 3 for engineers, and numerical analysis). Her class notes are clear, organized, planned out, and easy to understand. Her grading system is VERY fair, and she genuinely wants you to get a good gradeMATH2310 2019-10-31 18:23:49 +0000 UTC
Great teacher. Goes in depth with material and gives great examples from easy to hard. She starts lectures right away, and is good humored. Always covers all material, and day before test reviews all material covered that will be tested.MATH 1260 2015-10-24 18:40:53 +0000 UTC
Professor Lee is amazing, and she's the best professor I've had so far at Northeastern. The material in the class is very difficult, but the professor has great office hours and is always helpful over the discussion board on Blackboard and e-mail. She curves her grades, making life easier. The class forces you to think - no rote memorization.4581 2015-08-26 00:59:47 +0000 UTC
She is a very nice teacher and offers a lot of help. She gives quizzes bi weekly to make sure everyone understands that material. She does have an accent and language barrier which can make it a little hard at times. Her class is extremely easy!MATH1242 2010-11-02 09:59:42 +0000 UTC
