Professor Wermers is amazing!! I was in another section of this math course a few semesters ago and had to drop it because it was too difficult and the professor was very absent. Wermers makes a huge effort to be present, accessible, and kind. I firmly believe she is the reason I am passing this class!! I was extremely nervous about taking Algebra as I hadn't taken a math class in years. Lynn was a challenging teacher, but also very supportive. She wants her students to succeed and it shows. Having not taken a math class in a long time, I was a bit nervous. She eased those fears. She offered feedback when asking questions, was constantly involved, and was quick to respond.
