If you're confused, asking him for help leads to a 45+ min rant where you're insulted and leave more confused than you started. Please don't take this class. Prof. Puljic will not give you any clear expectations or advice on how to excel in this class, and while the actual assignments are not too awful, if just a bit time consuming, the final project was graded so inconsistently and dropped my grade significantly. Expectations are unclear or not provided. Most assignments have a vague rubric and submission requirements are never stated. Possibly as a result, grading is extremely inconsistent and often harsh. Absolute waste of time and money - doesn't teach concepts well and instead yells at you for not knowing the stuff when reached out for doubts. Passes racist comments quite often and says that is a joke where he comes from. Very harsh grading and often behaves very arrogant. I can confidently say that Prof. Puljic is one of the most apathetic professors I have ever had the displeasure of taking in my educational career. Never in my life a class became easier once I decided to break away from his recitations and start studying with resources.
