Prof Webber is great. His lectures were very engaging and he went at a very good speed for the average student. The class is very test heavy, final grade consists of two midterms, the final and weekly quizes. Everything was graded fairly and reflected the material we learned in lecture. Calc 3 is definitely a hard class, but I would honestly say that Webber was a pretty good teacher. I found his lessons to be pretty clear and slides were always posted on canvas. Professor Weber is a very good lecturer, he explains concepts well, so if you take good notes and pay attention you'll be well prepared for quizzes and exams. Lectures are monotonous and there's no sense of community in the classroom.. doesn't even ask people to share their names on the first day. Knows his stuff well, but I didn't align with his teaching style. Weekly quizzes. He is a very chill guy. The quizzes and tests align perfectly with the material taught during lectures. The homework, on the other hand, is often more complex than what's taught in class and on the quizzes/tests. He's a very fair grader, and he explains concepts extremely well (no fluff). He is a nice guy who makes an effort to help students outside of "class." He likes visuals and the graphical applications of math. The homework probs/lecture probs were not extremely similar to the quizzes, but you should still do those probs and it will give a good foundation for the quizzes. He does well to make his lessons understanding/concise and lectures not boring. Quizzes and tests are moderate, not hard if you study. Homework load is light. Professor Webber is a solid teacher who knows his stuff. His grading felt inconsistent and he would take off a lot of points on the weekly quizzes for very small mistakes which was consistently frustrating. Takes the time to explain basic topics which is nice so you don't lose some of your basic math skills. Lectures can be long but they tell you everything you need to know. Accessible during office hours and will redo/explain problems and topics to help you understand them.
