One of the best professors I've had here. I wasn't that enthused about the Shakespeare jr/sr seminar I took with him, however he is incredibly smart and articulate, not to mention SO NICE. It's really adorable how much he geeks out about Shakespeare. He clearly knows what he's teaching, but he needs to learn how to command a class better. Papers are easy, especially if you go to office hours, he gives amazing tips & help. You read one play per week and just talk about it. It's really laid back. Just two papers. You have to post on Blackboard before each class, which can be a pain, but sometimes fun. He's a cool guy, and he definitely knows his stuff. He's new, so he needs to learn to command more respect from his students.
