My exam & paper scores averaged to an A. Maggard gave me a C for the course. He subjectively gave me an F for class participation because I missed two classes due to work travel. He did not reveal that grading scenario on the syllabus. I'd previously taken the same subject w/engineering w/calculus (more difficult) and received A+. Nice teacher, wants his students do well. Not enough assignments, the quizzes count for a lot so if you don't do well on those its hard to do well. The business plan is half your grade, try hard. I still have no clue what a business plan is. Expect to go through this class with no real help from him and relying on your business group for everything. Terrible professor. His grading system makes no sense and then won't provide any outline on how he determined your grade. The only thing that matters is the business project and the evaluations. Tests, my yr, were short & very specific. Pay attention 2 speakers & take good notes. Class participation is good but make sure u're rite cuz he'll make u look stupid.
