I took her Introduction to Rhetoric class, it was an elective but my favorite class of the semester. Very entertaining classes, do NOT slack off though. Her readings are challlenging but her grading is fair. She is extremely approachable,willing to answer questions. She actually cares. I had her for College writing my freshman year. I'm not bad at writing but it's not my favorite thing to do. She kept the class interesting with class discussions and made sure that everyone had a clear understanding of the stories we were reading at the time. An offensive teacher. Often threatens and belittles her students. Unapproachable and admits to giving bad grades because of the bad mood she was in while grading. I have no idea why she doesn't have super good reviews. She is a tough grader but if you go to her office hours she will read over every draft and tell you what she likes and what she doesn't. Your grade is based on 4 papers. The first 2 are 5-6 pgs. the third is 7-8 pgs. and the last one is 4-5 pgs. Extremely nice person just go to class!ENG111 2008-04-10 12:35:37 +0000 UTC

I def recommend Prof Sullivan. The readings could be difficult to grasp, but she was really helpful, very knowledgeable & extremely encouraging. She can also be sarcastic & funny, which made class more interesting. A great person & prof, very easy to talk to & brought food from time to time!
