Professor Crooks is SO amazing!! If he's teaching a course you're looking at, definitely take his class. His lectures are very thorough. He prepares you very well for tests (often very similar to his class notes and homework). He's also very accessible outside of class and encourages questions. One of the best professors I've seen at Northeastern. His lectures are incredible for learning, he's clear and gives plenty of examples--and his review materials are VERY applicable to the tests. Peter Crooks is da GOAT. He explains everything in such depth that its easy to understand every topic. Sometimes it may seem like hes over explaining, but it makes sure everyone understands clearly. His homework is very representative of the class material and the tests. His reviews are very helpful in preparing for the tests, and he is straight forward about the problems he will give. Absolutely incredible. Peter makes concepts easy to understand. He provides a lot of examples and proofs to back up new concepts so everyone follows along. He genuinely cares about his students.
