I got stuck taking summer classes and feared the worst for an 8AM calc 2 class that spanned an hour and 30 minutes. Prof. Case, however, made my summer! He's more passionate about teaching than any professor I've ever had. He's funny, speaks clearly, is always available for extra help, and cares about his students' success. Brilliant Professor. The course is demanding but rightfully so. Do all the homework and actually listen in class and you will do brilliantly. The greatest professor I've had so far. He's so clear with his lectures. Make sure you do your homework, he's known for calling students up to the board. If you struggle with math, take it with Professor Case. A) His native language is English B) He really wants his students to learn and do well - he will seek you out if he notices your doing poorly C) Doesn't collect or check homework assignments (unless he notifies you that he will the class before) D) Homework assignments are short.
