There are three good things I can say about him: 1. He cares about you doing well. 2. His lectures and the notes are organized 3. You know what is going to be on the test. Most of the bad has already been covered, his speaking ability is very bad and he comes off as rude at times, etc... He is the reason I will not be taking calculus 3MATH1341 2018-04-15 22:52:28 +0000 UTC
To understand how bad he is in teaching imagine that teaching skills were directly related to nose length - the average teacher would have a nose as long as Pinocchio. Imagine? So, this professor would be Lord Voldemort... that can barely express his ideas.MATH1342 2018-04-03 19:35:09 +0000 UTC
Try to avoid taking class with this professor. Has no experience of teaching. You also might get quiz on the different topic than professor promissed to give.MATH1341 2018-03-22 13:59:18 +0000 UTC
He likes to use the word um more than a dozen times a lecture. Also doesn't like to share class notes because apparently everyone has photo memory. When I went to his office to ask him a question he said why don't you try the problem first (the question was a test question that I had already attempted and got wrong).MATH1342 2018-04-03 18:18:47 +0000 UTC
On the first day of class he told his students not to call him Professor and with good reason, too. He has no qualities of a redeeming professor. He makes notes and reads directly from them for class, he is very rude to students who ask questions, and has unclear lectures. The only plus is that his exams are very similar to his study guides.MATH1342 2018-03-29 16:53:43 +0000 UTC
His speaking skills are awful - he cannot say even one sentence with clear straight tone and stammers all the time. He doesn't use modern technologies, like Desmos or MatLab, to help you understand the topic. I learn everything by myself and only waste time on his lectures. He's super rude and can't teach. I recommend you to not take his classes.MATH1342 2018-03-29 15:14:33 +0000 UTC
He does not care about you, your grades, your future. He puts the in the absolute minimal effort required to teach, and does a very poor job. The lectures are not helpful and he does not explain the lessons well. You can not negotiate with him on any matter, and he believes that his judgement is always correct. Good luck if you take this class.MATH1342 2018-03-21 17:18:29 +0000 UTC
