Rush is amazing, the class is super easy, there are no tests, just skills which are like quizzes you take outside of class, but you can retake them if you do bad and it's not letter based its just if you meet expectations or not. Homework isn't bad Aswell!CS2000 2026-02-05 22:22:34 +0000 UTC

This class was interesting. Although attendance wasn't mandatory, completing assignments was difficult because lectures weren't posted online. He is both strict and helpful. Was anxious going into this class with no experience, but Prof Sangs does a wonderful job at breaking things down and answering all questions. I wish we had spent less time recapping DS2000 and more time on the new, more complex/difficult material. I wish this were 65 minutes instead of 100 - really hard to absorb everything you learn in one sitting of the longer classes. A kind professor who is passionate about the material. Rush is AMAZING! Despite CS2000 being a hot mess in terms of organization, grading, expectations, and communication, the actual content of his lectures are some of the best around. Seemed like a nice and helpful professor at first but don't be fooled by the facade. Truly in my 3 years at college he is one of the worst professor I have had he's super passive aggressive and genuinely doesn't care about anything other than his tangents on the class code. I liked Rush and the lectures were solid. This course is surprisingly graded by few things as we only had 4 homework assignments in addition to a couple PPP and Lab assignments.
