I would highly recommend taking professor Sonthalia's class. All the effort she puts into the course is easily translated into the learning. Had one of the best class experience, would definitely take her again if I can in the future.1111 2026-05-04 07:39:07 +0000 UTC
Professor sonthalia is a wonderful lecturer. Her classes are engaging and very interesting. She does expect you to read and be present in class, but is also very kind and understanding of any issues you might be facing. One of my favourite classes in uni!!1111 2026-05-03 14:56:38 +0000 UTC
Prof. Sonthalia is a wonderful professor and mentor. In her classes, we covered such interesting readings and pop-culture references – this helped me creatively test my critical thinking skills. I am also grateful for her availability outside of classes, and I am happy to report that my doubts were always clarified.1111 2026-05-03 11:16:01 +0000 UTC

She conveys expectations clearly and is quick to address queries.1111 2026-04-30 16:31:20 +0000 UTC
One of the most interesting and genuinely caring teachers I have ever come across. It's only a cherry on top that she makes classes interesting as well. Would definitely recommend taking her classes.1111 2026-04-30 16:13:05 +0000 UTC
Professor Sonthalia gave very interesting readings, and even though participation was crucial, she was very understanding of social anxiety. I would highly recommend her classes. She emphasises critical thinking, and truly rewards original thought. If you show you are engaged and truly trying, her classes will be the best course of your semester!!1111 2026-04-30 14:55:16 +0000 UTC
She grades very harshly and takes until the last second to do grade every assignment.1111 2026-04-22 16:27:19 +0000 UTC
She is very lively and engaging in her lectures, however, she is a very tougher grader and attendance is highly mandatory (includes wellness days) and is not flexible on lateness or grades.1111 2026-04-20 23:59:28 +0000 UTC
Professor Sonthalia teaches well and makes the classes engaging. It is a very participation heavy class. You are allowed a maximum of 6 absences and she is not forgiving at all. 2 lates to class count as an absence. She is a tough grader but overall a nice person.1111 2025-12-30 14:32:10 +0000 UTC
