One of the best professors I have ever had. There is work, so don't expect a light class, but Victor makes up for it. He is caring, polite, very interactive and personable. You can tell he truly cares for what he does and I could not recommend him more! Expect 4 large assignments throughout the semester. TAKE ENGW W HIM!!! Sweetest and most understanding person ever. He is not harsh in grading papers/projects and gives out either "C" (A), "Half C" (C), or "Incomplete" (F). You can resubmit assignments to get a "C", which makes it easy to get an A in the class.
