Hands down, one of the best teachers I've ever had. So passionate about China and it shows. Always available and willing to help. Responds to emails promptly. It's a hard course that requires A LOT of reading but it IS a history course. If you're not interested in China/history nor ready to give it your all, don't take the class. zach is the man. he is so into china and asia in general (speaks awesome chinese by the way), that it's infectious. however, if you don't read and go to class you will get on his bad side and it's hard to get out of it. come prepared to talk and discuss because he appreciates participation more than most. don't be afraid to voice your opinion.HIST150 2009-03-30 19:02:31 +0000 UTC
