Best one out of the three. Was the only one who communicated out of all of them. Great guy, super caring, and very eager to help in and outside of class. Everything about the class sucked but he made it bearable. Started every class with three deep breaths, offered lots of extra credit/easy points on weekly quizzes. Was the best out of the three professors in my opinion but still not amazing. Your grade is made up of mainly the midterm and final. The class is reverse-classroom style, meaning you watch the lecture videos for hw and do practice problems in class. His lectures are alright, but he is the least approachable guy ever. Great guy. Lectures are short, but he is willing to walk you through any points of confusion if you ask. He makes you take 3 deep breaths before every class, which I lowkey liked. you basically have to be prepared to teach yourself because there are only 10min lectures outside of class and during class time your only working on practice problems. midterms and finals are nothing like practice problems. Class was alight. Half the semster the students barely came to class , you have to teach yourself basically, had three professors. his teaching is good *when* he teaches. there are no lectures, just pre-recorded videos. you just do problems in-class and can ask questions. this is not how a physics course should be ran. there is an incredible lack of connection between professor and student. half of the class stops showing up about a few weeks in.PHYS1145 2023-10-04 14:25:52 +0000 UTC
