*continuation from above comment* The only problem is that he's super quiet, so be sure to sit close!ARCH1110 2009-12-21 23:31:49 +0000 UTC
Genter is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and one of the most skilled architect/graphic designers you will come across. If you can take his class, DO IT! You will be thankful that you did!ARCU257 2009-04-06 13:29:45 +0000 UTC
A program's reputation is huge in Architecture schools. If NU had more Genters in the studio it would be one of the top programs in the country. He is undoubtedly a level above the other teachers in ability. He is skilled, fair, & an excellent teacher. If NU knows whats up they wont let him get away. I say take his class but save a spot for me.STUDI1 2009-04-03 03:44:33 +0000 UTC
Genter is the best studio teacher out there. He does not give a rediculous amount of work like many of the professors. He is very nice, very helpful and I highly recomend him as a studio teacher.STUDIO1 2006-03-01 13:21:50 +0000 UTC
Chris Genter is definitely one of the most skilled arch professors at NU. He is both helpful and encouraging, yet critical at the same time. He is nice and funny, yet still he demands perfection. And he's very respectable, so he's someone you would want to work hard for. You will grow a lot as an architecture student under his teachings. The only pARCH1110 2009-12-21 23:25:08 +0000 UTC
He's the best digital rep teacher at NU. Good luck if you don't have him...your skills and knowledge won't be up to par with those who had him. Don't blow off in-class assignments, that makes you look bad. Be professional in your presentations. He's always willing to give help and always has excellent TA's.ARCU257 2005-12-04 21:07:38 +0000 UTC
Great professor. If you need help just go to him and he will clarify anything you need. Gives work and demands perfection but there is some room for leniency. Understanding to problems so if you have an issue about your work talk to him. Work has to be clean and presentable. All in all great class and excellent professor.ARCH1110 2009-12-01 14:46:06 +0000 UTC
