Dr. Bogdani is well-versed in accounting, clearly communicates information, and is very organized. That said, she is a bad test-maker. Her quizzes do not fully reflect the material and one missed question can make your score a C- from an A. She is an AMAZING professor. You can tell she wants all her students to do well in the class. She is very helpful in and outside of class. Teacher was very confusing with her lectures, it was very lecture heavy and my brain would get jumbled. The tests were very difficult and you HAVE to read the textbook to pass the test, even then you might not. Professor gives you everything you need to succeed through practice questions and handouts. However, as a professor she is not great at explaining although she is very open to help. She is really nice, understanding, and truly cares about her students. She makes herself very available and responds to emails quickly. She provides lots of practice problems to prep for the exams/quizzes. This class is harder but if you do/study the practice problems and open response practice then you'll do well. Prof Bogdani is a great professor who truly cares about her students. Overall class is not hard with lectures and practice handouts about the material. There are four quizzes, but she drops the lowest one. Most of the material is taken directly from the lectures and handouts.
