Tests were very easy often using questions straight from the reviews and homework. Does not post alot on canvas in terms of course materials and class slides so you should come to class. Gave out 100's on final projects just for presenting. Drops you're lowest of 3 exam grades. Really is the GOAT. HW is posted weeks in advance and is very little.MGSC2301 2025-12-14 15:54:55 +0000 UTC
prof. thelusma is the guy. he is funny as hell but if you haven't taken stats before it's not gonna be a walk in the park. the material is pretty easy and you can teach it to yourself without a lot of trouble. one hw assignment a week and three tests, open note. he tells mad funny stories in class too, highly entertaining.MGSC2301 2025-12-03 22:52:42 +0000 UTC
Very nice professor, wants students to do well, but very disorganized.MGSC2301 2025-12-01 17:38:26 +0000 UTC
Took business stats over the summer. Great guy and easy course but didn't learn muchMGSC2301 2025-06-17 20:22:48 +0000 UTC
I discovered early I already had credit for MGSC2301; but from my time in the class, I learned Prof. Thelusma is a caring and kind person, but a mid-tier educator. Expect long tangents about unuseful life experiences and unclear demonstrations, even though he genuinely cares and tries. A nice professor, but not ideal if you actually need to learn.MGSC2301 2025-05-15 20:52:38 +0000 UTC
Professor Thelusma is a beast. He's super funny and only tracks attendance on some days. There are 3 exams plus a final exam but they are easy. He is a pretty easy grader and gives out a lot of extra credit. If you struggle with math, take this class!MGSC2301 2025-04-16 02:59:01 +0000 UTC
Professor Thelusma is nice & makes lots of jokes. He takes attendance sometimes but most kids don't show up anyway. He's always willing to explain things/answer q's. Cheat sheets/computers are allowed during exams and we had 5 homeworks that were simple. One group project at the end that my group did in one sitting & if you present you get 100MGSC2301 2025-04-09 21:04:41 +0000 UTC
He is very disorganized and boring but is a very understanding and very easy grader. This class was a breeze (coming from someone who isn't great at math). Take him!MGSC2301 2024-11-22 02:47:52 +0000 UTC
One of the easiest classes I've taken. He's very good at explaining everything and is willing to answer any and all questions asked. He would make jokes in class, which made it enjoyable. The tests and quizzes are easy, he allows us to use our reference sheet. He gives us a lot of time on homework assignments. Lastly, he ends class early a lot.MGSC2301 2024-10-29 18:03:41 +0000 UTC
Thelusma is really chill and nice, but he is also pretty disorganized. The tests aren't hard whatsoever and there is a tiny bit of homework, but he always sets it due really far in advance. Sometimes he gets onto tangents that aren't relevant to the coursework, but other than that, he's a great teacher who goes over a lot of examples.MGSC2301 2024-04-12 22:56:21 +0000 UTC
Really good professor. Has really good lectures. If you go to his classes and take good notes you will pass. He is really understanding and cares if you understand the material.MGSC2301 2024-03-21 01:39:45 +0000 UTC
HE IS VERY ORGANIZED!!!! LOTS OF TEST BUT HE GAVE SO MANY RESOURCES!!! LOVE HIM SO MUCHMGSC2301 2023-11-17 17:38:21 +0000 UTC
Great professor, Thelusma is a character for sure. He's new here so he's still figuring some things out, but the class was overall pretty easy despite a little disorganization. He'll tell you exactly what to review for the tests so there are no curveballs, and he is very understanding with his students. Homeworks aren't hard either.MGSC2301 2023-11-15 22:08:33 +0000 UTC
This guy is so disorganized but he is easy. His class is not boring. He grades so easily and tells you what is going to be on the test beforehand. You will enjoy this class if you are laid back and just deal with his bs and end up with a good grade. Goes back on a lot of his statements he makes like extra credit opportunities etc.MGSC2301 2023-05-04 19:06:38 +0000 UTC
