Even though accounting is definitely not my strong suit and I did not do as well on exams as I would have liked, this is definitely not a knock on Professor Nichols ability. Class averages for exams were high and she was very effective in the way she taught. Also incredibly friendly & helpful during office hours. I would definitely recommend her!ACCT2301 2019-12-16 21:56:02 +0000 UTC
Her lectures are very easy to follow and to the point. Can be a bit quirky about a few things, but overall very nice and friendly. Mixes in class problems and non-graded quizzes in class as well. Tests are straightforward.ACCT2201 2019-11-09 01:34:48 +0000 UTC
Professor Nichol is a wonderful professor. She really knows her material and knows how to explain the chapters clearly. The lectures are 1:40 long but it is worth it as she doesn't speed through chapters. Overall, a good class.ACC2301 2018-04-13 16:53:27 +0000 UTC
Professor Nichol was always willing to help students and constantly adjusted what will be covered in class based on feedback. Her exams were not too difficult and most of them were MCs.ACCT2301 2019-12-12 05:07:58 +0000 UTC
Very clear and specific lectures with lots of outside material provided to really help you learn the material. Prof. Nichol really is an amazing professor and she really knows her stuff. You can tell she knows her stuff well because she immediately has the answers to questions that any one asks. She's really kind and she's really helps you learn!ACCT2301 2019-12-10 17:36:47 +0000 UTC
Great teacher, taught me a lot. Study the textbook and the slide materials and you will be well prepared for the exams.ACCT2301 2019-12-04 22:20:39 +0000 UTC
Great professor. Has great detailed slides and goes through problems in detail during class.ACCT2301 2019-12-03 18:58:08 +0000 UTC
Prof. Nichol is one of the best teacher I've ever had. She is very friendly and always there to help. Her lectures are easy to follow and she prepares some practice questions for every chapter. The assignments and case study are not hard, she grades it very generously. Overall, it's a great class. If you study hard, easy A.ACCT2301 2019-12-03 17:11:39 +0000 UTC
Very friendly and available for office hours. Works hard to help you out whenever you need to, I struggled but Prof Nichol was very accommodating and if you work with her she is understanding and just wants to help you! Her tests are mainly multiple-choice and weekly homework assignments on connect.ACCT2301 2019-12-03 15:43:34 +0000 UTC
Jennifer Nichol lacks in classroom presence and her lectures are also impossible to pay attention and concentrate on. Her two midterms are multiple choices and grading is very tough, makes it even harder when she fails to teach the course objectively and clearly. Question are very vague. She makes up for all her faults in friendliness tho.ACCT2301 2018-12-12 09:13:46 +0000 UTC
She is a very great teacher. She is very interactive in her lectures. She is very easy to approach and she knows what she is talking about. Great teacher! Would recommend strongly.ACCT2301 2018-04-13 16:54:06 +0000 UTC
Very nice and knows her material very well. The tests are decently challenging but not impossible.ACCT2301 2018-04-13 16:52:20 +0000 UTC
Good professor. Lots of lectures but it's a good move to take the class w/ her.ACCT2301 2018-04-13 16:51:11 +0000 UTC
She is the best teach I've take. She knows materials well and you can talk with her for more help. Interesting and clearly class. She provides some examples and questions on a class to help understand. Exams are a little bit hard, but it has a makeup exam and review section before exams. Have 3-4 group paper. if you study hard, easy A.ACCT2301 2017-04-12 09:31:27 +0000 UTC
The expected average grade for this course is B-. The average grade for tests is between 60-70. She would give you a replace test, but it is much more difficult than normal tests. Class is boring; you have to learn by yourself. Easy to get a B- :)ACCT2301 2016-04-18 13:32:37 +0000 UTC
