I knew going in that this class was difficult and it really was. You are graded on 3 tests and a final exam. I may not have done well in this class but I REALLY enjoyed his lectures and the content. My favorite professor. Clear guidelines and expectations for the class. Yes, you need to put time into studying, but a lot of the studying will be review because his lectures really stick. Great professor. Lectures/content is super interesting and engaging fun to listen to. Lots of lectures and tests in my opinion were not super good at measuring how much you know - some questions are vague/unfair, hard to do super well even if you know everything. He's a good guy. I had public speaking with him this past semester and although the material for that class is repetitive and boring, he found ways to make it interesting. His quizzes were right from the notes, as were his tests. Avoid at all cost! The materials in lectures are simple and straightforward, but the questions in tests are hard, some of which never appeared in his lectures. Very challenging, especially if you're not confident when it comes to tests. Your whole grade is based on 4 exams, and they're tough. The questions are scenario-based, with answer choices that reflect different topics covered in class, which can make it hard to pinpoint the right answer.
