One of the best professors for drawing. Really gets you thinking about the medium in a different way. Students that aren't into abstract drawing struggle in the class but the dedication is worth it. Anyone taking it for an easy A shouldn't bother. She responds really well to effort and is super understanding.ARTF1121 2012-03-26 12:37:02 +0000 UTC
One of the worst professors in my college experience. Top students receive C+s at best. If you don't devote all of your semester's attention to Julie's class, expect to get a D- or F. Requires 5-6 hours of mundane drawing every day. I love drawing, but her drawing assignments are beyond tedious.ARTF1121 2011-01-10 21:09:18 +0000 UTC
