Larry is a great guy who's always willing to help outside of class. Classes are generally just him talking about the chapter, but the material isn't hard to learn on your own. Ginsberg is the best. I dropped Managerial with another teacher in a previous semester, and taking it with him made all the difference. He is a fantastic guy, communicates the material super clearly, and his tests are fair. Prof Ginsberg was super knowledgeable on all accounting topics and wants you to succeed in the real world which I greatly respect. His class takes effort but the tests/quizzes are fair if you study for them. He also is always willing to take time to help outside of class and even set up a 3-hour review session before our final. Professor Ginsberg is incredibly knowledgeable about taxes. The class itself is pretty difficult, but not anything surprising. Tests are open book. There is a group tax return project. He takes the time to make sure you really know the material, gives real-world examples, and all of the material on the tests is covered in his lectures. Ginsberg is an extremely kind professor and if you care about his class he will care about you. His lectures are pretty dry but the course overall is very manageable.
