Prof Ranjit is one of those professors who care about students. If you go up to him with any issue regarding the class, he will give it his all to help you. He will beg you to pass the class. Hw is heavy but crucial to learn, and you might have to learn some material yourself because he sometimes overcomplicates things, but I 100% recommend him.IE3412 2025-12-09 18:26:51 +0000 UTC
Prof. Ranjit is an amazing professor, very passionate, caring and always ready to help. Class is reasonable and exams are as he describes them, no surprises. Would recommend anyone to take this class with Prof. Ranjit.IE4512 2024-04-23 14:59:07 +0000 UTC

I love professor ranjit! He is so nice and always willing to help. His classes can be a little boring but if you pay attention and do the homework the exams are really not bad. He does tell you exactly what will be on each test so make sure you do go to class because you benefit from itIE3412 2025-12-03 19:39:23 +0000 UTC

A good professor. Let's us in on model questions for exams. Easy to score under his guidance. Would take him again for any course. Best!!!OR6205 2022-12-20 06:15:13 +0000 UTC
He was an amazing professor who went through all the course materials with ease. He will send you the recordings with valid excuses and accepts late homework submissions without penalty. Slides are also amazing if you wish to self-study, as attendance is not mandatory but gave a 2% bonus grade if you attend most-all classes.IE3412 2023-04-24 17:20:20 +0000 UTC
He is a great teacher and very thorough! He includes lots of examples in the lectures and is clear about expectations for tests. Would definitely recommend!IE4512 2020-12-20 16:47:58 +0000 UTC
A great professor with in-depth understanding of the course. Will also clear your doubts at that instant itself. Must take if you love the subjects that he teaches.OR6205 2022-11-21 21:23:01 +0000 UTC
Professor Ranjit is one of the best professors I have had at Northeastern. If you can, I would strongly recommend taking his section.IE3412 2022-01-27 17:32:32 +0000 UTC
Favorite IE professor, great class, no final exam if you do well on midterms. Midterms are based on class midterm review. Homeworks are weekly but very manageableIE4512 2018-06-29 08:38:56 +0000 UTC
Professor Ranjit is one of the best professors I've had in grad school. He cares about the students and is very understanding. Go to his office hours and lectures because if you want help he will give it no questions asked. If you want more explanation on feedback same thing. Highly recommendOR6205 2022-01-24 18:30:04 +0000 UTC
Great professor! He explains the concepts well. The lectures he posts are good for revision. You do not have to attend final exam if you did well in the first three exams. The class is an easy grade. Understand the concepts well and attend his revision classes before the exams and that should be an easy A!IE4512 2017-12-15 02:10:26 +0000 UTC
Gives no feedback. I didn't get any feedback on my finials or in my assignments. His lectures are boring.OR6205 2021-09-12 16:03:51 +0000 UTC
He is one of the best faculty for Operational Research. His lectures are very heavy but can reach him out anytime. Allows late submission with valid reasons.OR6205 2020-10-13 19:40:48 +0000 UTC
