Prof Javadi is helpful and will spend 1:1 time with you for hours just so you learn something. My only complaint is hw takes lots of trial and error to achieve bc the assignments are not clarified that well. But, he is super passionate and nice if you are passionate as well. If you act like you're not interested, he will 100% give the energy back.IE4530 2025-12-09 18:34:48 +0000 UTC
It's a really good class and a good professor for the class. As we're taking the class from the lab every time it was interactive and interesting seeing how the sensors and actuators feeds into the machineIE5380 2025-11-30 04:44:53 +0000 UTC
very good!will choose AgainIE7270 2025-04-15 15:41:37 +0000 UTC
The professor is amazing; he teaches and shows us, with practical examples, how the robots work or the parts they have. Has been a good and interesting courseIE5640 2025-04-04 14:03:42 +0000 UTC
Very enthusiastic and lenient with cool labs/examples. He gives tons of examples. Due dates were often pushed back as he understood the value of students' time. He gave good feedback grading but was not harsh at all. Could very easily tell learning is more important than grades to him. One of my favorite professors I've had throughout grad school.IE5666 2023-12-12 02:39:52 +0000 UTC
He is very competent. However, he doesn't come to class with any enthusiasm and get frustrated when that lack of enthusiasm is reflected in his students. Probably a nice guy, but not a great prof.IE4530 2025-12-06 23:55:10 +0000 UTC
I would say this openly, Prof. Javadi is one of the most helpful professor I have seen at Northeastern. He not only helps inside class but also outside class. True experience : He would stay for 5,6 hours even after class has ended in order to help out teams in their projects.IE5380 2025-11-27 04:13:08 +0000 UTC
Learns a lot about the cyber threat physical labIE7270 2025-04-04 15:27:49 +0000 UTC
Overall, the professor was very enthusiastic throughout the semester and every lecture got to learn something new, and I enjoyed it the most.IE5640 2024-11-22 19:04:53 +0000 UTC
Prof Javadi is a really nice guy, he genuinely cares about you learning and is there if you need anything. The class is very you get out what you put in.IE4530 2025-12-04 16:10:05 +0000 UTC
Prof. Javadi is a really good professor who encourages students to voice out their questions and concerns regarding the subjects. He is more genuine regarding the practical issues which influence a learning and gives his best in solving that issues without any delays.IE5380 2025-11-23 00:09:09 +0000 UTC
Great class and great professor. I really like he used the lab tools and make the class interactive, see how the robots works and some reasons we can struggle in the lab. I highly recommend the class on the labIE7270 2025-04-04 15:26:58 +0000 UTC
Course is heavily focused on project with carries almost 65% .IE5640 2024-11-22 19:04:46 +0000 UTC
Professor Javadi is a great professor! IE4530 with him was very good and relatively straight forward. If you can't attend class or don't understand the lectures, the professor is very accessible outside of class and can explain things very well. HW is a large chunk of your grade and they are relatively easy assignments to understand.IE4530 2025-12-04 16:09:48 +0000 UTC
