If you are like me, and she was the only choice for PJM 5900, it's going to be a ride. She has the knowledge and her lectures are somewhat interactive but she is a tough grader. Master APA format. She has no clue of whats in the posted assignments. At the last week of the class she was told that the posted case study is not the same that she was grading based on. She also grade without reading your work. The grading comment are so funny because it basically does not tell you anything, but she just want to comment. Worst professor I've ever had. I did my undergrad and grad degrees at Northeastern and took this class as an elective. It was awful, and it ruined my previously great GPA. Patty is inflexible, unclear in her expectations, and difficult to talk to. She failed over half the class. I am not sure how Northeastern leave her teaching. She would give C without even read your work. She has no idea or she pretends that she has no idea how to use canvas. She kept provide wrong information about grading, and requirements. Due dates are all over the place. She used the previous instructor assignment posts without reading them. She has the knowledge but fails to deliver it to students. Totally not worth taking any of her courses for the fees we pay. She is very confused and does last minute changes. she has started giving feedback after 5th week and the entire class duration was 6 weeks which was horrible experience for me becuase last minute feedbacks solve no purpose. Very disorganized. Always seemed like she hadn't revised or looked at her slides prior to class, and some of the info in them was not relevant or outdated. Let us know about deadline changes at the last possible second.
