Took class online. Fantastic professor. Has online review sessions before quizzes and will go over anything you'd like. Also is willing to give you assistance if you're having difficulty with the online homework.ACCT2209 2016-09-18 12:51:38 +0000 UTC
I took 2 classes with this professor. It is a lot of learning with accounting classes but he made so I stayed interested in the class. Overall I think he is a very good Professor.ACT2202 2010-05-31 10:56:16 +0000 UTC
I took this class entirely online and found that Scott McKenney is a great teacher. He provides additional notes and powerpoints that go along with each chapter and make learning the material easy. Weekly homeworks that were similar to the problems in the book also helped reinforce the material. I would highly recommend him to anyone.ACCT2202 2010-04-05 10:59:22 +0000 UTC
When the cookies hit the fan, this guy is the best accounting professor out there. Made 8 AM financial acct. interesting. Highly recommended. Make sure you go to class and participate. The midyear and final are almost copies of the study guide/hw!ACCT209 2010-01-06 11:39:23 +0000 UTC
LOVE THIS PROFESSOR! I would take any class he taught. Easy to understand and if you do the work and put SOME effort into it than you can get an A. Very fair and gives great feedback.ACC4 2009-05-08 14:44:18 +0000 UTC
One of the best teachers I've had. He puts everything on Bb and pretty much spoon feeds you everything. If you go to class and do the work, you'll be fine. He's a really nice guy and made an 8am enjoyable, but sometimes his sarcasm can be a bit much... Study hard for the final though because it's a dept exam and is harder than McKenney's tests.ACCT1209 2009-04-22 15:47:28 +0000 UTC
He is the MAN. Class was enjoyable to go too even though it was at 8 A.M, has a sense of humor is a great teacher, and is smart. TAKE THIS CLASS!!!!ACCT201 2009-01-16 13:53:22 +0000 UTC
One of the best professors I've had at NEU. Very clear and helpful. A few homeworks but really helpful and easy if you pay attention to class. Quizzes and tests are do-able. Really likes participation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!ACCU209 2008-10-27 19:31:43 +0000 UTC

Class wasn't as hard as ppl make it out ot be. He's quite a sarcastic fellow but if you go through the powerpoint slides and pay attention to him in class you'll be fine. Expects ppl to paticipate but asks really simple questions like whats on the powerpoint. Overall if your focused in passing you'll do fineACCU201 2006-04-11 12:37:27 +0000 UTC
can be very sarcastic and if you dont care, he doesnt care. readily available for help. i think he finds his job in the finance office humdrum and tries to brighten his day by goofing on students. overall good guy, really need a sense of humor and a readiness to work to excel in his classACC4101 2005-10-30 11:40:03 +0000 UTC
Very un-approachable professor. He demands your participation to the point where, even if you do have something intelligent to say, you don't want to say anything simply to go against his trying to force it out of you. Oh, and when you do ask a question, he's quick to make a sarcastic remark suggesting you should know better.FINACCT 2005-09-12 10:17:50 +0000 UTC
Seems OK. Nothing spectacular and nothing to rave about. He gets the job done. He seems a bit disgruntled. Tries to be funny but I can't tell the difference between him being serious or humorous.ACC1 2005-01-17 15:49:27 +0000 UTC
very friendly. makes an effort to keep you interested and will explain things over and over without embarrasing you if you need it. he put up with me going to his office hours to argue back points a quiz and a case study. if the class has a problem, he listens. lots better than others i've heard of.ACC301 2004-12-06 17:46:04 +0000 UTC
