She has a lecture every class which is completely irrelevant to the textbook. She will pick out specific topics from the textbook for the exams. In fact she will make you read the chapters before class just so doesn't have to teach it. She will word questions on the test in a confusing way. Class discussions matter. However, if you provide a point that conflicts with her opinions, it will be met with extreme condescension. Just another awful professor who's become overly comfortable with tenure. She does not care whether you're struggling, even if you attend her office hours. Tests are hard. To pass them, you have to read and memorize the textbook chapters because what's taught in class isn't on the exam. A LOT of group projects. Attendance and participation mandatory.
