If you have her switch immediately you will suffer.INTB1201 2025-12-11 00:03:41 +0000 UTC
Class discussions matter. However, if you provide a point that conflicts with her opinions, it will be met with extreme condescension. Just another awful professor who's become overly comfortable with tenure. She does not care whether you're struggling, even if you attend her office hours. Save your time and your GPA.INTB6200 2025-05-29 14:13:58 +0000 UTC
Tests are hard. To pass them, you have to read and memorize the textbook chapters because what's taught in class isn't on the exam. A LOT of group projects. Attendance and participation mandatory. If you miss a day, you have to do makeup assignments. She wants you to do makeup assignments for the days you missed even if you weren't yet enrolled!INTB1203 2024-12-18 04:48:50 +0000 UTC
Attendance is mandatory and participation matters. This course is lecture heavy and most of the time, she isn't clear about her grade breakdown.INTL1203 2023-01-16 14:06:16 +0000 UTC
It was largely a discussion based class: I didn't find Prof. Puffer to be good at leading the discussion, it was somewhat halted. She was quite disorganized too, and didn't give clear instructions for the work to be handed in. The content covered was good.GINB200 2008-07-17 13:34:24 +0000 UTC
I agree, she loves the international students! Not a difficult class. Speak up!INBU310 2007-12-10 18:57:41 +0000 UTC
A little bit odd, yet very friendly and dedicated.INBU301 2007-01-18 20:28:01 +0000 UTC
She is an easy professor, but I deffinitely would not recommend taking a class with her. Classes feel like they take forever to get through. She is a little odd overall.MGTU401 2006-04-28 11:27:09 +0000 UTC

She is a little odd. but she is a good professor. She really enjoys what she is doing and makes the class interesting. However, she can assign you projects outside of class that are not feasible in terms of time.INTBUSINESS 2005-11-02 15:28:52 +0000 UTC
Professor Puffer is one of the best professors in the grad school program. She is nice, makes class very interesting, and she even plays in a rock band!INTLMGT 2005-09-07 09:24:19 +0000 UTC
I would not recommend.INTB1201 2022-11-02 16:04:54 +0000 UTC
This teacher was pretty unclear with assignment guidelines and grading criteria. She changed a few assignment instructions and the Syllabus over a month after the class started. The projects and papers required weeks worth of either research or time spent reading. You will have to show up at every class and give 100% to every assignment to get an AINTB6200 2022-12-07 02:15:39 +0000 UTC
Tests are insanely hard (avgs were ~65 & no makeups). Attendance/participation mandatory and a bunch of pointless group work/presentations. Taught IMPROV in class instead of INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS. Reads off slides that we weren't tested on/ONLY tested on NICHE TOPICS in textbook. Would say backhanded/snarky comments & had a weird demeanor.INTB1203 2024-12-18 01:36:24 +0000 UTC
Quite odd teacher. and not a good teacher. I don't understand how she has gotten to her position.INTL1203 2012-11-19 19:27:30 +0000 UTC
