This professor is difficult to review. I believe this was her first year teaching MISM2301. She is very kind, caring, and responds to emails very quickly. However, she is just a bad professor overall. Lectures are always confusing, rubrics make no sense, and projects are annoying. I have never felt so confused. Every time she speaks I get more lost on whatever topic we are talking about. She talks about the same 4 topics every class but quizzes you on something you've never seen. I have had to get up and leave mid class because listening to her lectures is so painful. I came into the class thinking she was super funny and that it would make learning in this class more enjoyable. Consistently, always gave positive, meaningless feedback, while happily handing you back a 80. I've never felt my time more wasted taking this class, and I hope no student has to pay to have their time wasted too. Don't take this class if you don't have to!! I wouldn't recommend this professor to anyone given how chaotic the class is and unclear the grading is. The TA also does the grading and a lot of times people don't know where they went wrong and points were taken off for things that were never explicitly said (HARSH grader). A complete waste of time and tuition money. The book was completely redundant with the articles, and the lecture was like having either one read aloud to you. I usually like an easy class as much as the next person, but this was dumbed down to the point of being insulting and frustrating.
