ORGB is the closest thing you'll get to a "waste of time" and on top of that you are graded based off of .......... I don't even know, truly. Prof. zeynep does not follow the grading criteria. It feels like she assigns you a grade, and then writes comments to make the grade make sense. Try to get another section if possible.ORGB3201 2025-04-04 10:25:20 +0000 UTC
She is a good professor! Very caring, listens to students suggestions and lectures are not that heavy. There are no exams, but some group projects. She is always encouraging us to engage and network with different people in our class, which is nice. There are a few homeworks, nothing crazy.MGMT3435 2023-04-19 23:31:01 +0000 UTC
ORGB alone is a pointless class, and with prof. zeynep I received a low grade for no reason. ORGB is basic and very easy to understand so prof feels the need to grade harshly on tests + short papers (usually about our co-op experience...so much talking about our co-op). The class is super repetitive and basic, avoid and take a diff section.ORGB3201 2024-11-05 14:35:23 +0000 UTC
She is knowledgeable, caring, accessible, and understanding. Attendance is not mandatory but is included in the class participation grade. And a lot of the project work is done in class with your group. So you should attend anyway.MGMT3435 2022-12-20 13:24:46 +0000 UTC
Would not recommend her for ORGB 3201. She grades off her own criteria which isn't explained in the assignments, and grades way harder than she should for this BS of a class. Boring lectures, just discuss the same old BS about work environment blah blah blah. Would recommend a different prof if possible.ORGB3201 2024-02-11 23:41:58 +0000 UTC
If you have the opportunity to take MGMT 3435 with her, you definitely should! The content may be confusing at times, but she is genuinely very caring, accessible, and understanding. She always accounts for student feedback and creates a relaxed environment. I never felt stressed about her class this semester.MGMT3435 2022-05-02 16:13:58 +0000 UTC
GREAT PROFESSOR!!! She practices what she preaches in lectures, and you can tell how passionate/knowledgeable she is about the subject every class. There are a couple short essays and two exams, all of which feel very doable and fair as long as you pay attention in class. TLDR, super accessible, interesting, and human professor. would take again.ORGB3201 2024-01-15 17:47:22 +0000 UTC
Where do I begin. Oh boy. She will either hate you or like you. No in between. Prefers girls or guys and will let you know. One of the most direct professors I have ever had the unfortunate liberty of having. I have so much time on my hands that I would write a FOUL review. But here are my final words. Avoid at all costs. A big NO.ORGB3201 2022-04-22 15:20:21 +0000 UTC
Listen well and take good notes.ORGB3201 2022-03-23 17:01:23 +0000 UTC
The class content seems needlessly convoluted and academic, but that might just be the nature of ORGB. Aksehirli keeps class engaging but expects very thorough knowledge of said content (especially theories). Solid professor who actually listens to student feedback, would recommend if you can look past the very heavy use of textbook content.ORGB3201 2021-03-26 03:15:42 +0000 UTC
